We have some exciting news to share: Edwards & Associates has been ranked the No. 9 Best Small Accounting Firm to Work For in the country by Accounting Today!

Even better, this is the second year in a row we’ve been recognized as one of the profession’s best workplaces.

We’re proud of the ranking, of course. But what makes this recognition especially meaningful is how it is determined. Accounting Today and Best Companies Group evaluate participating firms on their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, and systems, but they also ask employees directly about their experience. That means our team had a real voice in determining whether E&A belongs on this list.

At E&A, we spend nearly all our time working with dentists and dental practices. That specialization means our team develops a deep understanding not only of accounting and tax, but also of the business of dentistry. We learn from each other, collaborate across roles and bring that collective experience to the work we do for our clients. 

Creating that kind of team takes more than hiring people with the right technical skills. We want E&A to be a place where people have flexibility, opportunities to grow and colleagues they can count on. And we think that matters to our clients, too.
