In this episode of Beyond Bitewings, Ash is joined by Priyanka, a graduate student at Northwestern University and a counselor in training under supervision at Meltzer Counseling. Priyanka talks about 

the importance of intentionality and deliberate practice in our daily lives. When we feel doing our jobs or running our practices can become overwhelming, it’s essential to train our minds to take that moment to better understand ourselves and the world around us.
